Gdyby ktoś pytał...

... czym się aktualnie zajmuję, odpowiedź poniżej:

The form expresses general present. It expresses also present tense for opinions and beliefs:
k-oḏʕat babox min-yo ‘Do you know who your father is?’ (Prym and Socin 1881: 110);
ʔono hat k-ōḏano d-kit-tat u-šulṭōno ‘I know that you are a šulðan’ (AII, 164, 14)
ʔono lu-g-ḏaʕno ‘I don’t know’ (ibid, 16)
At the same time the volitional acts are expressed by that form:
ʔdlaylo k-ōbaʕno ʔ i-kačkayo d-mamṭatliyo ‘Tonight I want you to bring me the girl’ (AII, 164, 16)
mí k-ubʕat? ‘What do you want?’ (AII, 164, 25)
The k-qoṭəl form expresses actual present:
[’u-wāzīro] diqle ʕu-zāngo …ʔu-šeyx dāmixo-wa, mille: man-yo hāwo d-ko-hāz ’u-zāgo ‘[The wazir] rang the bell. The šeyx was asleep. He said: Who is ringing the bell?’ (164, 18-19)

Zapamiętajcie:

ʔdlaylo k-ōbaʕno ʔ i-kačkayo d-mamṭatliyo
